After six months, you should have gained momentum in your role, started to take the lead on some initiatives, and built peer relationships. You should be able to recognize areas that still need development and seek feedback from management.

Job Progression

  1. Engage with management in a six-month check-in.
    • Review progress on goals and professional development.
    • Celebrate success and recognition of your contributions.
  2. Visit ODE website to review tools, trainings and resources.
