- Revisit written performance goals and professional development goals as needed.

Continue building relationships with customers and co-workers. Participate in departmental events and gatherings.
Learning and Development
- Reflect on the formal and informal learning you’ve experienced and feedback you’ve
received. Training is one way to engage in learning opportunities to develop your
professional portfolio.
- Discuss with your supervisor about getting involved at your campus' events.
Hiring Experience Survey
The new hire survey focuses on the hiring process, the onboarding process, and the
employee’s experiences at UNT System. The survey will be sent to you after you complete
90 days of employment. The purpose of the survey is to gather feedback on your recent
onboarding experience.
