ODE Business Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative and thought-provoking partnership between a coach and a client through dynamic dialogue. According to the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring in 2018, “75% say that the value of executive and leadership coaching is, “considerably greater” or “far greater” than the money and time invested"!
Our Business Coaching* (Supervisory, Leadership, Executive, and Career) provides a space for you to address challenges, unlock potential, and accelerate progress in your individual, team, or organizational goals. The most common coaching topics include interpersonal relationships, strategic actions, change management, career advancement, or stress management, but there are many other challenges coaching can help you through!
What to Expect
Goal-Oriented: Together with your coach, you will set goals that may evolve as the engagement progresses.
Discretion: We provide a safe space for you to unlock your own discoveries and discuss your ideas
without judgment.
Engagement: While initial coaching engagements typically last three months, we offer ad-hoc,
quarterly, and monthly sessions as well. Progress is evaluated periodically, allowing
for adjustments or extensions to the engagement if needed.
Support: Your coach will be fully prepared for each session, available to provide guidance
and dedicated to your success.
How to Get Started
Coaching is a complimentary service available to faculty and staff (subject to availability).
