What We Do:
The Human Resources Department of Organizational Development & Engagement (ODE) serves faculty, staff, and administrators at all institutions across the enterprise.
Our goal is to provide services that increase employee engagement and skill development through:
- Consulting,
- Training,
- Coaching,
- Mentoring Support, and
- Annual Employee Engagement Survey (Gallup Q12).
Consulting
We have an in-house organizational development consultant who can provide many services to your department, free of charge.
Training
You can enroll in live training and/or online training classes using the Bridge system.
Coaching
Our business coaching services help to provide clarity on how to achieve your goals.
Mentoring Support
Find support to strengthen mentoring at the individual, team, and organizational level.
