DEI Definitions

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion works collaboratively with UNT System campuses and system DEI advisory groups, as well as with campus HR leaders, to ensure that higher education is accessible to everyone.

The UNT System is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion by investing in talent and culture across the UNT System, with a focus on driving progress toward aspirational goals that will enhance our system-wide efforts to be a leader in embracing and developing diverse students, faculty, and staff.
