Step 2: Notifications & Offers
You can expect to receive email notifications from our system. You can review the status of your application online at any time. If you are invited to interview, that invitation will be extended via phone or email.
The initial offer will be made verbally, followed by a confirmation offer letter sent via email from the Human Resources Department.
Step 3: Interviews
|The hiring representative(s) will contact you directly to schedule an interview. The hiring representative(s) may conduct a phone, video or in-person interview throughout the hiring process. You may be invited back for multiple interviews before any decision is made.|
Step 4: Criminal Background Check & Education Verification
|The University of North Texas System requires criminal background checks and verification of education for all candidates after an employment offer has been made. UNTHSC requires drug testing prior to starting as new employee.|
