Wanda supports each campus and System Administration, while collaborating with UNT’s Office of Equal Opportunity. Her background spans the full spectrum of human resources starting more than 22 years ago with training and organizational development. Her most recent experience is in the area of compliance. She is most passionate about policy review and implementation, federal and state law compliance (to include a particular focus on Title IX and Title VII) and overall employment relations with a keen interest in investigations, mitigating grievances and developing strategic solutions and recommendations for all human resources matters. Wanda has a Bachelor's degree in English, and holds a PHR and a SHRM-CP certification. She is based at the Lee F. Jackson System Building in downtown Dallas.
